If you do not complete the payment process with PayPal, you will beregistered but will be shown as unpaid. The tournament organizer will need to bill you via PayPal or remove you from the roster so you can reregister.   Please send a message to your tournament organizer (contact information on event home page) so he/she can follow up.

There are many reasons people back out of payment (no credit card on hand, unsure they want to commit, believe a PayPal account is required).  The fact is that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE PAYPAL to pay online.  PayPal is just the company that takes your credit card information for the tournament organizer.
